Ordered online. Ready time was 45 minutes. Arrived on time, not early, and they hadn't started to make it yet. It was another 15-20 minutes by the time I got my carryout, paid and out. Ordered two pitas. Neither one labeled on paper wrap as which was which. Easy stuff to fix. Food was good. A little pricey for that classification.
Enjoy the freshly made food: Too noisy to enjoy eating it.
This location has fantastic service (especially Chris) and the food is super fresh. I wish more locations were like this one.
Opens at 10:45 am but they don’t have any food ready to server until almost 11 am. Their response was we just opened. If you are a fast food restaurant and can’t serve food when you say you are open then you shouldn’t be open yet. They had zero pasta, meat or sauces ready. When I told them I would eat some place else they were surprised I wouldn’t wait the 15 additional minutes. So I left and ate some place else.
Piada is always delicious. I love to try their recipes and create my own. I go to the Worthington location a few times a month because I work close by. I LOVE their online ordering. My meal is always ready and always done correct. The food always taste great as well. I have never had bad customer service there. The staff is always inviting and helpful. We like to visit here I between soccer games for our girls with the team as well. They are typically always busy around lunch time, so don't expect the line to go super fast, but they try and move people as quick as they can.
Taking away 1 star due to the fact that a "Small" drink is $2.29!!! That is outrageous. Normally I don't get a beverage, however was picking up for my wife at work.
