Alladins gets 5 stars for their dessert offerings. A good place to order small portions/ light fare and save room for dessert. They also have big meals if you're really hungry.
They need to change their closing timings. This happened twice and am disappointed and pissed off. We entered the restaurant at 9:20pm and they said 'only take out orders'. The first time this happened, the person did serve us, with a long face and expressed his extreme dissatisfaction at the tip we gave him for the crappy service he provided (we gave him around 20%, by the way). If they can't serve food after 9:20pm ,please change the closing time to 9pm. That way we know what to expect.
I want to give this place a 5 star, but lately they’ve gone down hill. I usually get their veg. chili but noticed lately it’s been very watery. The prices have gone up too. Service is ok, although sometimes you have to wait for them to notice you. The plus side? Their food is good, dessert is awesome, and it’s cheaper then some other places around.
Food is tasty but they don’t know how to treat workers that work at the back. They only pay them $10 and it doesn’t matter if they have been working for years, they don’t raise their wages.i know so many people who quit because of it and not only that.... they don’t give them breaks to eat. They have to take advantage while there working to eat. Sometimes they don’t even have time to eat. At every job there supposed to give the workers there right to breaks. They want the workers to do everything... meaning they want one person to do prep, cook in the kitchen, wash dishes, clean.... etc.... of course people don’t notice this because they just go in and eat. They don’t care how the workers are treated cuz that’s not their problem but some people do care because if there were in their shoes... they wouldn’t like to be treated like that. This is why managers and workers are quitting. GIVE WORKERS THEIR RIGHTS.
We love Alladin's! Both locations are great. It's almost never too busy to have a comdy, quiet meal. The food is delicious (with lots of vegetarian options), but not heavy and gross. Save room for dessert if you can! I also really like the decor, too. And it's nice that they have carry out.
