The staff is very rude and nasty. So disgusting that they don't even take their time to answer simple questions and that's the reason why you guys are there in the first place to serve people because without customers youall don't have freaking jobs.One black dude whose name is courtney rose and another ugly light skin girl with freckles all over her face can't really recall her name but she knows who she is have no customer service manners and don't even deserve to be there "serving" customers because they have no etiquette or customer service manners at all.They think they can talk to people anyhow just because you rending them service but that's what you're freaking paid to do and moreover the money doesn't even come out of youall freaking pockets so youall got to show respect to people no matter what situation they find themselves in because life throws itself at anyone and it can happen to you and your family so have some sense and cut out the damn attitude and it will help youall.

I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. It took me about 1 hr to wait to be called but my tramit (1card renewal plus 3 more new ones) was done (and all my questions answered) in about 15 minutes.
The Worthington office is a well oiled machine. Very helpful , patient , and kind employees as well which was VERY much appreciated. I would like to commend the employee who assisted me with my ss business matter . I cannot find his name on my paperwork but he was a black man . He was emphatic , EXTREMELY helpful , and really made an effort to listen and respond to all my questions and concerns. I believe his last name was only 5 letters long so I sure hope his supervisor can figure out who Im talking about.

I read the reviews and wanted to meet this security guard everyone was talking about. We walked in and was promptly greeted with a big Hello by a very friendly guard who asked what services I needed. He then proceeded to explain how to use the automated ticket machine. We were called to the window in less than 15 minutes, I was just getting a replacement card other services take longer. The man at the window helped me very quick and professional. As we were leaving the guard told us to enjoy the rest of the week. Very happy with this service and place.
