Worst dry cleaning experience. I took this t-shirt to be cleaned about three weeks ago and when I got it back, I found that these happened to it. I quickly asked them about it and the person that was helping me told me that she can help me issue a claim and she will talk to the person in charge of it. After two weeks I came back to the shop because I did not receive any call or email from them so I was afraid that something went wrong with the claim. When I got to the store, I was more upset because after two weeks, they did not do anything about it. And when I received the phone number of the person in charge, I found out that he does not know what is going on. I suggest you not to take your good clothes here because I don't want you to experience this as well. This t-shirt is Saint Laurent Blood Luster tee SS17 just so you know. I had a Black Givenchy Shirt cleaned here as well, and there are white stains on it after I received it back. Many of my Givenchy Tees are having the same issue as well, the colors start fading after I got it here. Totally not a 4 stars dry cleaner.
I had a very positive experience at Dublin Cleaners! My clothes were ready on time, and the staff were very friendly at drop off and pick up!
Update: The owner claims to not have a reliable phone calls because he hid his phone number so that every time I receive a call it says "unknown" in my phone. He claimed that I came only twice and the last time I came by their shop was 6 months ago which is not true. He refused to check just one more time. What a bad experience. I tried to be patience while waiting him to resolve this matter. But sadly he always process the information one-sidedly. I just came back from that store and cross-checked with the staff, and I can find me dropping off this t-shirt and the rest of the other t-shirts in the system which he previously stated that it did not happen. This uncoordinated method of him trying to figure out a way out of this claim and his statement about my review which he said "verifiably false" are even more ridiculous.
Great experience. Little pricey but good otherwise. Staff was great.
