Fast and fantastic service! We had several ceiling fans to be replaced as well as replacing old light fixtures. Tim came out within a couple days of me calling to give me an estimate. The total was a fair price and we were able to schedule the work for just a couple days later. Tim was on-time for the appointment, explained different parts of the process, made sure everything was how I wanted and cleaned up after the service. I will definitely be using Mr. Electric again and I will request Tim as my tech.

Their price is much more higher than the average electricians in the area. Their work was less than average for sure. We had to move the light switch about 6 inches away from where it is right now and the switch is working but the screws are put in unevenly and the plate is wobbly uneven and there’s a hole left just like that. For the amount of money we had to pay for this work, the work was nowhere close to even average quality of work. I would not be using their service again, big mistake. Our technician, Scott Pinto, was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to figure out our phone issue very quickly. He explained what he would check first and kept us informed as he continued to work on our issue. I also like that Mr. Electric has hours past the typical 9-5 times from other companies. I would definitely recommend them! Thank you!

We needed a bathroom exhaust fan installed. The technician completed the work quickly, but the quality was only OK. He cut the hole in the ceiling too large and you can see small gaps around the fan. Also, he put a hole in our drywall when he was installing the new power switch. They offered to either give us a small credit for what it would cost us to buy the materials to fix it ourselves, or they could have someone come out and fix the hole. I have never patched drywall, so we chose to have them fix the hole. They said they would call us immediately to set up a time. Three weeks later, no call. We finally decided to just patch it ourselves. We called and asked them for the refund they had offered. They gave us the refund. All in all, they didn't seem overly concerned that one of their technicians had put a hole in our wall. After their failure to follow through on what they promised us, I would have thought they would have offered something in addition to the initial refund they offered, but no. I doubt I would use their services again.
