TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I did like Dr Kalb and her assistant Jessica, however it took over a month to get a referral for surgery! I was told to just go to the ER and they would do it there. The blood work I had expired before I could get in to a surgeon which meant I would have to get more blood work on my dime! Don't go to this place if you need something taken care of within a month and you don't want to call them every few days!
After a recent stay at St. Ann's for a high blood pressure episode I was referred to Dr. Patel to be my PCP. While I had an appointment scheduled for the upcoming Tuesday, I was feeling very ill on Friday and she got me in for a visit.
This practice has gone so far down hill. I have been a patient here for over 15 years and never have I been so displeased as I have this last 6 months. The staff is over worked and rude as a result. My doctor does not listen when I am speaking to her and is more concerned about ordering nonsensical tests and then taking several visit to accomplish the easiest of tasks. Plan to wait. And, wait. You will not get in and out in under an hour. Save yourself the time, money and frustration by avoiding this practice!!!
